Castor Oil would be the runner up! Castor Oil is composed of ricinoleic acid, a fatty acid that offers various therapeutic effects. It aided digestion, promotes hair growth, moisturizers, and heals. It supports detoxification, and it decreases bloating and constipation! A stable for my IBS girlies.
Super mushroom supplements contain medicinal mushrooms like Reishi, Lion's Mane, Chaga, Cordyceps, and others, are considered beneficial for a variety of health reasons. These mushrooms are rich in bioactive compounds, such as beta-glucans, antioxidants, and polysaccharides, that support different aspects of health like immunity, cognitive function and clarity, as well as gut health!!! These are my three nonnegotiables that have changed how I feel on a daily basis!
